Google Zeitgeist is a list of most searched terms in Google search engine published on monthly and yearly basis. It is a detailed list of search queries divided into regions/countries, so may see what people are looking for in your own language and country.

The name comes from combination of German words Zeit (time) and Geist (spirit).
